A portrait of you all is a beautiful way to celebrate family. It’s about capturing a fleeting moment. Children grow so quickly and families grow and change and spread. Our portraits are about capturing your family story and your relationships.

The idea of the Lifestyle Couple or Family Portraits, is to create a snapshot of you in time, in your natural environment. Whether that’s in your home, the garden or a place that you love to go for walks, as long as you’re comfortable there, we’ll capture some great photographs for you to treasure.

The key is to make the photographs as comfortable, relaxed and natural as possible, so it almost doesn’t feel like you’re having your photograph taken at all.

How It Works

Consultation

Once you’ve booked your Portrait Session, we meet to discuss what you want from your portraits. Either online, or in person, we’ll talk about you and how you’d like your portraits to look.

Basically, it’s where we plan your photo shoot. Everything from how you want the images to look. Where you’d like the session to take place. Who’s going to be in it & what they will wear etc.

We create an enjoyable, relaxed, bespoke session around your family.

Portrait Session

Sessions take between One and Two hours, it really depends on how many family members there are and where the session is taking place.

If the session is indoors, it might take us a few mins to set up the lights etc.

The aim of the session is to get beautiful, natural images of you and your family, something that will hang on your wall for a long time to come.
