Your Business Profile: Is it Professional?

You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. Nothing is more important, when you’re running a business, to project the right image.  Harrison booked into the studio last week wanting some business headshots.  He had an all too familiar issue. Like so many people who have grown up in the Facebook generation, he had a profile full of ‘partying with friends’ images and posts. We all have them – I know mine is like that.  Unless you’re an Event’s Planner, it’s probably not the professional image that you want potential clients to see.

He was looking to start his own business and wanted to show a more mature, sensible side that would fill his potential clients with confidence in his abilities. So, after removing anything untoward from his Facebook profile he booked in for a headshot shoot.

Headshots are the perfect way to replace that ‘spur of the moment, snapped on a phone’ profile picture that we all use on Facebook and Linkedin.

When it comes to potential clients, you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. Don’t you want that first impression to be the right one?
