Individuals or small groups can come to our Studio, located just outside Leeds. For companies, let us bring the studio to you. We can set up a headshot studio in a small meeting room or convenient area & your staff members can come and have their headshots with minimal disruption to your working day.

Package For Individuals

For individuals, a studio session really is the best option.

A studio session is a 90 minute personal photoshoot designed to show ‘the best you’ and to create the image that you want your clients to see. :

What’s included:

90 minute studio session, up to 150 photos taken.
Headshot, Half length and Full length body shots (if required) in Colour and Black & White.
One Clothing Change (2 different looks) per session. (Ask about our Double session offer).
2 digitally retouched (airbrushed) images of your choice in Colour and Black & White.
Additional images can be retouched at a cost of £20
Outside natural light images or studio shots
Online private gallery with all images taken emailed to you at the end of the next working day.
Copyright License provided to allow you to use all of the images for self promotion in any media.
Fast image editing turnaround time.
All headshots provided in full high resolution, print quality.

We come to you & set up a Mobile Studio at your place of business, using state of the art, fully insured and Pat-Tested equipment:

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Place or Ours, Which Is Best ?

Our Studio is an intimate and compact space (That’s Estate Agent speak for small). We can comfortably fit 3-4 people in, so if you have a small team, you’re more than welcome to join us in the studio. On the whole though, we tend to use the Studio for individual sessions. If there’s more of you, setting up at your location is a much better idea as it minimises disruption for you..

How Long Does It Take ?

For individuals, a typical headshot shoot takes about 90 minutes. The rate is fixed. The shoot won’t cost any more if we run over a bit. For Companies, we normally book in blocks of half a day.

Do You Retouch Images ?

Yes. For both individual and company headshot sessions. Once the selection of images has been made, all images are retouched to bring out the best you. . Retouching is something that we do to enhance the real you. We use it to even out skin tone, remove the occasional spot or blemish etc. ultimately, if there’s something that you want retouching, we can do it.

Do You Have A Contract ?

Simply put, yes. The contract gives you all the rights to use and print your headshots whenever you want. If you get a role and the production team want to use the headshots for publicity, that’s all detailed there too to enable them to do that. When you book, you will receive the contract by email.

What Do We Wear?

As a general guide, wearing what you’d normally wear for work is probably the best. However, we will have a chat with you when you book and work with you regarding styling. We have arrived at a Client site at 7am before, to catch the Engineers while they were still clean…

Portrait or Landscape Format?

For companies, we would always recommend having the images taken horizontally. Horizontal images work better for websites, signature blocks and business cards. Horizontal images give you some empty space at the side of the headshot to use for text, which is fantastic for blog posts. The high resolution cameras that we use for the headshots allow us to take a more traditional upright, closer crop of the headshot too and you’ll be supplied with both versions, so it makes sense to go with horizontal.
